We are supplying Reactor, chemical agitators Pressure Vessel Design using PV-elite/Compress: Calculation of Pressure part (shell and head thickness, nozzle thickness,Forge flange design), non-pressure part, design (saddle, skirt,Stools, shipping saddle, pipe davit, lifting lugs, rigging analysis).

 

We are doing fabrication ofStainless Steel Pressure Vessel horizontal and vertical as per ASME code, thickness upto 25 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 8 m, pressure 25 bar.

We are supplying SS vessel and pressure vessels up to 20 Bar pressure with full RT and hydro tested.

We are doing fabrication of horizontal and vertical MES-1 Storage Vessel of all kind of services (toxic / nontoxic) as per ASME code, thickness upto 35 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 12 m.

We are doing fabrication of Limpet Coil Vessel with stem heating horizontal and vertical as per ASME code, thickness upto 25 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 8 m, pressure 10 bar.

We are doing fabrication of horizontal and vertical Steel Pressure Vessel as per ASME code, thickness upto 15 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 12 m.

We are doing fabrication of horizontal and vertical Pressure Vessel Dished Ends (head episodal/tori/hemi) as per ASME code, thickness upto 55 mm. 

We are doing supplying / fabrication of Mild Steel Pressure Vessel horizontal and vertical as per ASME code, thickness upto 15 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 8 m, pressure 15 bar.

We are doing fabrication of Chemical Pressure Vessels for chemical stroge of SS material as per ASME code, thickness upto 25 mm dia 6 m TL/TL length 8 m.
